Delo is not just a manufacturer of metal components. We further add value, by inventorying and shipping our customer’s products on demand. We practice JIT Manufacturing and support many of our customer’s existing requirements with Kanban releases. We have the capability to provide electronic Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN’s), with all shipments.
As a direct manufacturer, who is willing to inventory, and ship on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, we eliminate the need for third party handling, logistics and VMI. These services can be costly. Our system is capable of processing electronic customer releases with same day shipping. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is common practice.
Manufacturing Origin is transparent. Whether we manufacture in the U.S, Canada, or Asia; all products are shipped directly from our Headquarters in Ohio to our customer. All inventories are identified with Bar Code Labeling and stored in a temperature controlled environment.
