Production EDM
Our in-house EDM capabilities and engineering support provide for yet another service that our company has available. With the latest technology in Electrical Discharge Machining, Delo has the ability to manufacture very precise components with tight tolerances and superb micro-finishes. We use our new Mitsubishi RA 90 EDM’s in-house for our production tooling needs as well as an extension to our customers on various components in many different industries.
The capabilities of our EDM’s are very broad and cover a wide range of product sizes. We manufacture very simple components that aren’t cost effective on other machines as well as very complex prismatic shapes with 8 RA micro finishes and .0001 total tolerances. Our machines undergo a stringent preventative maintenance program and therefore have excellent efficiencies and machine uptimes.
